Services described on this site — including graphic design, WordPress and custom website development, SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing, ecommerce development, and AWS Hestia CP server management — are provided on a project or retainer basis as agreed individually with each client. Specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, the portfolio showcase, and site design — is owned by Raza Gillani unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Portfolio items showcase work completed for clients; rights to each delivered project belong to the respective client per that project's agreement.

Project pricing, deposit requirements, and payment schedules are agreed with each client before work begins. Typically, a deposit is required to start a project, with remaining payments tied to agreed milestones or a monthly schedule for ongoing services. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.

Timely project delivery depends on clients providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in client feedback may extend the agreed project timeline accordingly.

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, confirmed before work begins. Requests beyond that scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Services are provided with professional care, but no guarantee is made regarding specific business outcomes (such as search engine rankings or ad campaign performance), since these depend on factors outside my direct control. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement.

Projects may involve third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment gateways, advertising platforms, plugins, etc.). I am not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of third-party services, though I'll always recommend reputable providers.

Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice as outlined in the individual project agreement. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

These terms are governed by applicable local law based on where Raza Gillani operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

These terms may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
